ELEVATORS	3 passenger elevators and 1 freight elevator that can be used for guests.
TRANSPORTATION	F, V, L, 4, 5, and 6 subways one block away. Bus down Fifth Avenue. Lots of taxis.
PARKING	Arrangements with Imperial Parking at 7 East 14th Street, a half block away. Coat check will stamp parking ticket resulting in $14.00 rate in 2007.
MAINTENANCE	Building facade refurbished and elevators upgraded in 2006. Penthouse completely redone in the last two years, culminating in 2007 with new oak herringbone and diagonal wide-plank floors.
EVENTS	One event at a time. Day events for as few as 25. Evening events for as few as 50, or even less if use just the Reception Room.
AUDIOVISUAL	Podium, wired microphone, wireless microphone, T-1 line for computers, 2 stereo systems, large tripod screen, flat screen TV, black out curtains. Lighting for speakers, telephone lines available.
MUSIC	Baldwin grand piano, 2 stereo systems, iPod connection. Lights for highlighting bands. Plenty of space for DJ's and bands.
ELECTRICITY	400 amps, with mostly 15 and 20 amp circuits.
LIGHTING	Arched windows lighted outside and inside, many pin spots for highlighting important areas, stained glass lighting at the main bar, chandeliers in the Reception Room, almost all lighting on dimmers. Lighting for bands.
POWDER ROOMS	Three stall men's room in polished granite. Two ladies' rooms in marble and tile. One handicap powder room.
EQUIPMENT	Finest catering equipment includes silver chafers and service pieces, Kings Shell silverware, gold band china, elegant crystal, round tables with linens to the floor, cream standard linens, gold ballroom chairs with pillow cushions.
DECOR	Large, custom bar with paneling, mirrors, and stained glass, many pin spots and votive candles used for each event, paneled window seats, a dozen tall, illuminated Ficus trees, handsome moldings, arched mirrors echoing the signature windows, beautiful oak floors.
VIEWS	Clockwise,- Wall Street, Jersey City and the Hudson, Times Square buildings, Empire State Building and others north, northeast to midtown east, east to W Hotel, Zeckendorf Towers, and Con Edison Tower, and view of the East River and Williamsburg Bridge.
NEIGHBORHOOD	One block west of Union Square, fine apartment buildings on Fifth Avenue, beautiful brownstone blocks around Fifth Avenue.
