Alger House, a 1906 mansion-like carriage house was converted by a top 1960's artist into a creative space combining the characteristics of modern loft, artist's atelier, and private ballroom, as perfect an environment for 100 guests as it is for only 35. We can seat 106 guests comfortably beyond the staircase, which is only half of the large room. This eclectic space works beautifully for smaller groups of 25 to 75. See
